"Welcome to Miami"™ - Executive Business Simulation

Our “Welcome to Miami” simulation is executed as a series of modules and events that take place built around a global multi-national consumer packaged goods company based out of a foreign country, and the immediate decisions that they face with a strategy to enter the U.S. market. It is designed to allow a management group to practice actual business conditions, market requirements and team behaviors by working together on real problems in real time - face to face. 

The “Welcome to Miami” business simulation allows the participants to have instant real time responses to many everyday managerial decisions faced throughout all industries and all markets. The foundation of the simulation

The “Welcome to Miami”simulation deals with manufacturing and production issues, marketing issues, retail strategy and product mix issues, human development issues, human resource issues, sales and deliverable issues and a wide variety of different challenges that all level managers need to be concerned about when operating a global business in the United States.

The entire simulation is played in real time, just like it would in real-life business. The time of the simulation can be controlled within a specific multi-hourly period in one short course or can be conducted over the course of several weeks within specific time slots to gain the desired results.

The basic fundamental feedback, learning objectives and direction from the simulation comes from the interaction of the participants. Every participant is an active manager in the company that is forced to make a decision that will create positive or negative results.  There are also secondary recipients that have an opportunity to influence, accept or reject the manager’s decision within the simulation and thus create another reaction or response that falls back into the manager’s lap.
